Senior Finance & HR Manager

Job Description

The Senior Finance & HR Manager is responsible for managing finance accounts/statements, monitoring the cashflow and working with corporate secretary on all HR and finance related matters for the group. He/she will work closely with the CEO and Chief Impact Investment Officer to develop financial strategies, monitor financial operations, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This role requires strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to provide actionable insights to support decision-making.

 

Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning and Analysis:
    • Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
    • Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
    • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis:
    • Prepare and review consolidated financial statements, reports, and presentation
    • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on financial performance.
  • Cash Flow Management:
    • Manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.
    • Optimize working capital and cash management strategies.
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify financial risks and implement risk management strategies.
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Financial Controls:
    • Establish and maintain financial control procedures and policies.
    • Conduct internal financial audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Investment Management:
    • Manage investments and portfolios to maximize returns while minimizing risk.
  • Tax Planning and Compliance:
    • Oversee tax planning and compliance to optimize tax efficiencies.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Supervise and mentor finance team members, including accountants and analysts.
    • Provide guidance and training to ensure the team’s professional development.

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • At least 8 years’ experience in financial management and analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
