The 8-day course is a short course conducted wholly in person. It is an introductory training programme for learners to focus on ESG in green technology.

The aim of the short course is to broaden your understanding of key corporate sustainability concepts, standards, guidelines and frameworks. These will assist in driving and implementing beneficial and profitable sustainability strategies within their organisation.

In essence, the 8-day short course is a prelude to the SCTP 4-6 month programme.

For those looking for a career pivot, the SkillsFuture Transition Program (SCTP) is to help with a potential career switch. It comprises a blended learning format that includes in-person, virtual, self-learning that equips you with future-ready skills for emerging green jobs, or existing jobs that are going green in the built environment and environmental services sectors.

Learners will take on a capstone project with an assigned company, get to learn more about the company and its industry, observe the staff at work, and conduct stimulating discussions with corporate chiefs related to the company’s challenge statement. Career coaching will also be part of the program and post-career guidance will be accessible through our recruitment partners.
