Programme Executive Intern

Roles & Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible together with the team to research, develop and execute training programmes, recruit students and programme delivery in the local and regional business community. To be successful in this role he/she should have a basic understanding of sustainability and training business.

  • Assist to develop talent training and career transition programmes.
  • Research on curriculum in accordance with industry talent development’s requirements.
  • Assist to create course brief and teaching content.
  • Facilitate in-person and virtual programmmes.
  • Assist to develop rubric to assess learners’ performance to meet learning objectives.
  • Assist in lead marketing and student recruitment for programmes.
  • Assist to drive lead capture and conversion into student enrolment.
  • Facilitate industry engagement to conduct company visits, field study, case study, capstone projects, career transition, placement etc.
  • Collect and analyse students’ feedback to improve programme’s content and delivery.
